I recently got my new Arbor A-Frame (170), and its maiden run was in Val Thorens in the French Alps. First of all, the board is truly beautiful with its wooden top sheet, although some might mistake it for a piece of furniture ;-). And as the ad says, it is a backcountry machine. My other board is a Burton Custom (164), which I now only use in the slopes. The A-Frame is stiffer and has more snap than the Custom. In the slopes the Custom feels more easy to handle since it is shorter, but the A-Frame is superior in deep powder and is very stable. It also feels lighter than the Custom, even if it's longer. So far I'm very satisfied with the A-Frame, but I haven't had the chance to really put it to test yet.
