ooo...tough decision. both are pretty amazing boards and you will definitely be happy with either. the only thing is the issue with the size 11 boot. kinda cutting it close for both of these boards, especially if you to like to take it out away from the park and all around the mountain. if you wanna try a wide board i can recommend the rome slash. it can do just about anything...and not in a newbie kind of way either. u can catch big air, float on pow, shred the pistes and its even light enough for some good jib action. its like that dude who is really good at everything...so good that everyone else hates him. yea, thats the slash...just minus the hating :)

I am 6 ft about 170 and the smallest board i have is 152 but i use it only for park/urban boarding. i would recommend getting something a hair bigger unless you only want to use this board for jibbing. if you want to hit jumps and ride with speed i would say a 156 would be good. also, try talking to the gearheads, they know their snow biz ;)

hmm. usually you should be able to tighten up the liner while still in the boot. it sounds like they are either too big or u are not tightening them enough. boots are sometimes hard to tighten all by yourself. try asking some striking young lad to help you out with that before returning. also, avoid excess wear of them on the slopes if they are this loose. dont want any blisters on the first day! that'll just piss you right off

ya i got the 390s, GET THEM NOW!! sweet bindings for real. i wear a 11.5 and it seems any board width that is about 250mm or wider(which is exactly what the agent is) so there isnt any drag. your boot size is right on the edge of the normal/wide board ranges so be sure to check the waist widths before you purchase. get both of these today and say merry christmas to yourself. cheers
