Nice looking but poor quality and comfort

I love the style of these shoes but the comfort and quality is poor. I purchased a pair of these on 10/28/10 and now I'm seeing if I can return them to Dept Of Goods or if I have to deal with The North Face warranty dept directly. In less then 3 months of casually wearing these around the city and to my office job... the rubber is starting to pull away at the toe and I've wore a hole on the inside back of the heal in one shoe (never happened with any shoe I've had before). I would think twice about buying these shoes even at the discounted price of $60.
