Style chance for the worse

The North Face Paramount Peak Convertible Pant - Men's

I've been wearing the Paramount Peak pants for quite a number of years. Pretty much what I wear most of the time. They changed the style last fall and removed the right side pockets which were great for GPS and cell. They also removed the D ring on the side which came in very handy.

This new style is something I would expect from LL Bean and Eddie Bauer. More dressy than functional for hiking, etc. North Face don't go there!!

Not knowing of the style change I was disapointed and sent them back.

I do hope North Face takes a closer look at what theyv'e done and brings back the "classic" Paramount Peak Convertible Pant.
