Protects The Head
Smith Holt Helmet
October 19, 2010
Like the helmet, fits a little more "bobble-head" than the maze does, but comfortable none-the-less. I took the liner out and just do beanie gogs under, only issue with this is the velcro on the underside of the foam sticks to my beanie and is a pain in the ass.

EG1s!!!!
Electric EG1 Goggle w/ Bonus Lens
October 19, 2010
These are the only goggles I use, the bonus lens makes this the best deal out. Spherical lenses, like in the EG2 or oakley crowbars make me really dizzy... EG1's without the spherical lens KILL it. They're comfortable and fit pretty well. I also take horrible care of most of my stuff... it takes a lot to scratch these.

Jetboil in the tetons
Jetboil Flash Personal Cooking System
October 19, 2010
Generally, I just eat dehydrated stuff on camping trips, so the fast boil time on this is amazing. Beyond boiling water this doesnt do too too much, but they have frying pan accessories. Also the coffee press is a must. Easy to clean, only thing ive run into is a little bit of rust forming. No big deal, brillo takes care of it.

Tetons
Marmot Limelight 3-Person Tent w/ Footprint and Gear Loft
October 19, 2010
I love this tent. Spent a good 20+ days in it this summer. I personally have the 2 person - but the size/weight is manageable for solo journeys as well. Having 2 doors (like this 3 person) is a huge plus. Never had any leaking and it takes maybe 5 minutes to set up. I recommend this to everyone.

Redington Skagit River Wading Boot - Sticky Rubber - Men's
May 30, 2012
There a many differences between a felt and rubber wading boot. Felt is going to be grippier on the slick river bottoms that we often fish on. With the grippyness you will feel a lot more secure while wading and in faster water. The problem with felt is that it traps organisms which can then be transferred to other bodies of water. With invasive species such as the Zebra muscle running wild in our waters, this is extremely important. Rubber tends to be a bit less sticky, but the compounds now used are getting closer and closer to the grippyness of felt.
Please note, that felt wading boots are illegal in many states such as Idaho. Please check local fishing regulations!

Hardy Marksman Catch & Release Net
May 30, 2012
Rubber has multiple benefits over mesh. Trout are sensitive creatures, so if you plan on catch and release fishing, you want to return the fish to the water in the best possible shape. The rubber protects the slime-coating on the fish and greatly reduces mortality rate. Even if you don't care about the fish, rubber is still the way to go! How many times have you caught a fish and then spent the next 15 minutes trying to get your fly out of the annoying nylon mesh. With rubber hooks dont get caught or stuck.

Stoic Breathe 150 1-Z Suit - Men's
October 25, 2011
Anyone know if it has a waist or butt zip to aid in going to the bathroom? Ive had the airblaster ninja suit from a few years back and that was one of the downsides.

Atomic Bent Chetler Ski
October 3, 2011
i did -3 cm from dead center. It is far enough back to give you ample float, but if you like switch things its great. Seems decently centered in the sidecut and the ski carved unbelievably. With a lot of early rise it did ski a bit shorter than expected, but it was really nimble.

way too big for the ski. Your tails will wash out and you will backslap the majority of the cliffs you drop. I'd say look stiffer.

Armada Alpha 1 Alpine Ski
December 18, 2008
With its early rise design it might be a little weird on edge hold if you are just carving groomers and things like that. There are much better skis for what it looks like you want to use them for. If you want to stick with armada and want a good performing ski that will rip all mountain and park check the ar6 or arv (a little wider and heavier)

Oakley Spike Sunglasses
December 5, 2008
If you live in SLC, you would probably get them the next business day. But if you live in northern Maine, it could take a week or more. Go to the bottom of this page and click on "Help Center" Then click "When will my new gear arrive" in the left column under the shipping heading. Now find where you live on the map, and figure out what color your area is. It is a pretty good estimate. There are many different shipping options that you can choose from. Backcountry offers second day air 3 day air, next day air. You can get it as fast as you want... as long as you are willing to pay a small amount

Head Skis USA Mojo 15 Ski Bindings
November 14, 2008
a 97mm break can probably be able to fit skis up to 120 mm if you bend them out properly. It won't be the BEST fit, but if you bend them out correctly you could most definately get a 120 mm ski under those.
