I put my laptop, headset, mouse, we-cam, extra battery, external hard disk, well pretty much everything I need to go to work and each f those has its own pocket and compartment, the bubble material on the shoulder straps work like a charm. And if you are around a neighborhood where you don't want to catch the attention because you are carrying a laptop, this bag works perfect since does not look like a laptop case.
