Arc'teryx Sigma SL Jacket - Women's

I searched high and wide for a specific jacket my daughter requested for Christmas and was finally able to locate it through backcountrystore.com. It turns out the specific jacket she requested was not the jacket she was interested in after all and it was returned. My experience from the initial sale/post sales support and returns handling were as smooth and professional as I have experienced either online or face to face.
