I have a baltoro 70 and a bora 80. As far as comfort they are both comparably awesome. One thing I will say, on my bora 80, the water bladder goes in the top pouch and does not fit a 3L camelback. Not sure if the 65 is the same, but I am not a fan of this system.

I have the 2008 model of this pack it fits me fine and I am about 5'11" 165 I don't think the extra inch you have on me would matter that much. I do agree with Phil though if you can't try one on, Backcountry is the site to get it from because you can buy one, try it out if you want the other size send that one back for a full refund.

Big Agnes Copper Spur UL2 Ultra Light Tent: 2-Person 3-Season

I had my copper spur in 50+ mile an hour winds at glacier and it held up great. I carry a pole split with me anytime I am backpacking or camping, poles can break for lots of reasons, none are indestructible.

Great Pant

Millet Trek Stretch Pant - Men's

Got last years model of these pants at a local outfitter. They were on sale for considerably less than the price on backcountry. For the price I paid they are five star pants for the $95 they are four star pants. The material is light weight but quite durable due to the stretchiness. The pants I have say large on the label, I am 6' 170 and the fit perfect. My pants only have one side pocket and no back pockets. The side pocket is welded making it almost invisible. The pants shed water like a champ and dry quickly. Best of all unlike MH, TNF, or Patagonia you probably will not run into to many people with these pants, at least here in the states.

great bag

Big Agnes Yampa Sleeping Bag: 40 Degree Down

I bought two of these, one left zip the other right zip and use it for me and my wife. This system works great. I love having the bad locked below me. There is plenty of space in each bag for one person and when we zip the two together there is enough room for our four year old to climb in with us... not sure if that is a good thing since it defeats part of the purpose of having a double bag.

Big Agnes Sleeping Giant Memory Foam Sleeping Pad

Bought this for my wife so she will camp/ backpack with me more. I personally feel spoiled using an air mattress let alone an extra inch of memory foam. For trips without my wife I would not take this as I would perfer something more compact. I think the price is a little steep since it does not come with an air mattress of its own, but it is worth it to get my wife out camping more.

Great pack

Arc'teryx Naos 70 Backpack - 4270-4640cu in

I think I was one of the last holdouts in the world on my external frame pack. I loved the rigidity of the frame and the ability to tie things to the frame. When I finally bought an internal frame pack I knew it had to be a good one. When I saw that this one was water proof and had the disc system for weight dispersment I bought it. I no longer get the aches in my joints that I used to and the pack very waterproof. Only thing I will say negative is that there is not much air ventilation to your back. Overall this is worth the money!
