Everything you need and nothing you don't - it's made from Powershield and is comparable to name brand softshells that cost twice as much. Mine has been great for XC this winter, and I can't wait to use it for alpine climbs once the weather turns. As far as fit, I'm 6', 190 lb, 33" waist and a L fits me very well - as someone else said, the fit is similar to Arcteryx gear. Bonus: Made in Canada, not overseas!
