The adjustment on this helmet is really bad news. It is difficult to make it larger; when the knob is turned counterclockwise it keeps locking up before the new setting is reached. When it is turned to make it tighter it reaches a point were it is semi snug and slips before it is tight enough. The tech specs state it has a "nylon harness" for a liner. This is NOT a web suspension helmet, it has polystyrene liner. The description states it is "made to withstand multiple impacts." Polystyrene helmets are actually rather poor at absorbing multiple impacts as the energy absorbed by any prior impact has left the foam liner compressed and unable to absorb a subsequent impact. Rather cheap overall construction for a helmet at this price. Too bad, the fit is actually quite good after the finicky head band is adjusted. Spend more money and stick with the Ecrin Roc. My best recommendation is to use this CAMP helmet when watching contact sports on a wide screen TV.
