start with the good things first. very well build, great fit, side vents, full zipper.bad things, this is the first cycling jersey i have ever been able to wring sweat from. the material doesnt allow the sweat to evaporate. its like wearing cotton. even in not too hot weather 85 with a heat index of 92 the jersey was dripping. this jersey is not for hot humid weather.

lots of things you find in much more expensive jersey. mesh panels, gripper waist band, profit. i loved the fit the arrs are a little tight not nothing i cant live with. everything else is just right. its very cool with full zipper has sun protection.

i got this for a great price $25 so its a good deal but there are a few problems. first, the fit is not at all pro. its more like a club fit. the only thing pro are the arms. there is a lot of zipper bluge and unless you have a potbelly its not tight at all. i have other LG jerseys the same size and they are profit. i dont know why this jersey is bigger than their other jerseys that are the same size. second, the blue is not blue its more like dark aqua. the good things are its cool, light and has 50 upf. if you bought this anywhere near the SRP of $139 it would be a total rip off. this is a good $40 jersey nothing technical or special about it but nothing that wrong with it either.

the worst fitting jersey i have even tried on. the fabric is regular stuff you would find in any $40 jersey although the castelli MSRP price is $99. i got a XXL normally i would get a XL but everyone says size up so i did. the arms were tight but not too tight, i think the graphics look real good but thats all thats good about this jersey. the collar is all floppy unless you have the zipper all the way up. the bottom of the zipper bunches up big time. the stomach area is baggy but the length of the whole jersey is too short, both front and back. while the arms are tight there are loose flaps right behind your armpits. there is a loose bunch of fabric in the middle of the back but the length of the back is short. im sending both the jerseys i got back.

after reading other reviews i ordered a size up. i wear a med. so i ordered a large. the waist fits fine but the length was too short. im just over 6 feet tall and have 33 waist. my legs are not long id say normal and these shorts only go down to the mid-thigh. most companies would note that these shorts have a short inseam i dont know why castelli didnt. if it wasnt for the length id say these are good shorts the pad seems thin but worked fine.
