The best way to find the best fit is to go to a trusted, local bike shop and be professionally fitted. There are many more factors beyond one's height that play into bike sizing. If you're just looking to get a general idea however, there are a number of "bike sizing calculators" that can be found online. The folks over at Competitive Cyclist have one of the more thorough ones that I've found, but there are many out there.
