I bought this pair of goggle in the black/white replicator as well as a pair of Dragon DX for my 10-year old to compare. I intended to send one pair back. These VonZippers were too small for my 10-year-olds face (too narrow through the temple) but I love them so much I'm going to keep them for my soon-to-be 3-year-old who will be learning to ski next season. These seem much nicer quality than the ones my other kids had at his age, plus I LOVE the camo/orange color and the sticky strip that keeps them put on helmets. Of course all kids faces are shaped differently, but I'd say these are probably most appropriate for kids 9 and under.

My 10-year-old has had trouble finding a goggle that fits correctly. Kid size goggles are too narrow across the temple but adult goggles are way too deep (cover his nose). This goggle is perfect - any kid slightly too big for kids sizes, or adults with smaller faces, will be happy with them. They have worked well in overcast, wet conditions. They work good with his helmet while is use, but they don't want to stay put when he's got them up and not using them (probably because of the shape of the helmet, not the goggles).

I would love to say I kept these but had to return. These would be great for kids under 8 years-old or so but they are too small for anyone over 9. My son (a small 9-year-old) said the foam was too close too his eyes. I agree - they are more curved and smaller than the Smith Jr. series goggles I bought for his sister. They seem to be great quality though. If you have a toddler starting off these would be perfect.

My average-sized 8-year-old daughter needed new goggles (old ones were getting scratched up, a little small). These are great goggles for her, although I wouldn't recommend for kids much smaller than her age. They are borderline too big, but I know they'll work next year and beyond. Very nice quality, and one thing I LOVE that wasn't mentioned in the product info is they have a sticky seam on the back of the strap that helps the goggles stay put on their helmet (no slipping and sliding off). The lens also works well for our needs (we got the pink goggle with ignitor lens, which seems to work fine in overcast/snow conditions).

I love these boots and wish we had had them earlier in the year. They are easy for him to put on himself and serve many fuctions. Since they have good traction he has used them for winter hiking as well as the usual snow play. They are very toasty. I think they are the best looking boy's winter boot I've seen and could easily pass as an all-around, everyday winter shoe. They seem to be pretty true to size but I'd order up if in doubt. I hope they continue to make this style for a few years because I'd love to buy another pair.

I LOVE this jacket. I needed a lightweight spring jacket that was sporty and stylish (needed to be able to go from hiking to dinner, etc.). This kept me warm on cool spring mornings but did not overheat later in the day (I would say it's ideal for the 45 or 50 to 70 degree range). I balled it up in a bag on the airplane and it came out looking fine. It is a very flattering, form-fitting jacket but not restrictive. I may have to get another color.
