I am not an adventurer, just someone who lives and works in NYC and uses Marmot outerwear throughout the year. I wear their fleece in the fall and now I have a great spring raincoat. I am always pleased with Marmot products, and this is no exception. It is lightweight, impervious to any of the rain I am likely to encounter in NYC, and the hood is fantastic. It has only been a few weeks, but I would recommend it to anyone.
