I was a little worried about if this would fit me (a relatively petite woman, 5'4", 130 lbs.) and be comfortable and not slosh . I used it today on a 9-mile run, and it was awesome! It did not slosh, but I did have to pull on the cinch straps as I drank more, to tighten it up. It did not bother my stomach, thanks to the wide comfortable strap that didn't cut into it. It has two (rather small) pockets on the waist strap, which fit a gel in one and car key in the other. My Razor cell phone would have fit without its case, but it turned out to be too uncomfortable (it means the strap can't bend around your waist comfortably in that section). But, with the case, I could clip it onto the strap, and that worked just fine. On this cold winter's day, the pack felt nice against my back...warm at the end of 9 miles, but not sweaty or yucky. It fit tight against my lower back/just below my natural waist, and was not uncomfortable in any way. As best I could figure out (it came without directions on how to wear it), unlike other (backpack-style) Camelbaks, the tube on this one clips onto the available clip on the side/front of the waistband, then goes forward up the front of your body (not over your shoulder). You then clip it onto the top of your shirt, where it hangs. All you have to do to drink is pull up on the tube to put it in your mouth, let go, drink, spit out, and it falls back into place. SOOOOOOOO much easier than opening a water bottle, squirting, closing it back up, having it leak all over your hands, having to drive your route beforehand to drop bottles, etc. I absolutely love it!!!
