I've owned a primo for 5 years now. I've patrolled in it, BC skied in it, spilled quarts of beer on it, and taken it many places winter and summer. With ~500 days of use now it is showing some wear spots finally. Really just on the right shoulder due to ski edges, some nicks and scuffs from various run ins with objects and it's faded some in the sun. The Velcro has been replaced twice due to it wearing out. These are really minor issues for a coat with so much usage. It still performs everyday. If you want a great coat that will last a long time and keep you dry this is a wise choice. It should be pointed out that the collar is remarkably high and really helps you stay warm on cold days and the hood is big enough for a helmet. When mine finally falls apart Ill take it to Patagonia and get a discount on another, they have an excellent warranty!
