Good jacket, bad quality

Foursquare Omar Snowboard Jacket - Men's

I purchased the jacket, (from here), and it arrived in good condition. A lot of the taped seams were peeling on the ends, but I thought nothing of it. At this point, most of the tape is slowly coming off, the powder skirt was TAPED ON, not SEWED, and ripped half-off during first use of jacket...It's never seen a washer/dryer and I haven't been too tough on it.

Could just be a defect jacket for me, but I won't ever buy from 4◙ again.
