Yakima Limited Edition Chrome Skull End Caps

Ordinary Yakima bar-ends look good. But, chrome skull end-caps look PIMP! Just an idea with any bar-ends, however: I like to put a little silicone caulk inside the cap, and then a little on the bar where the cap will be applied to it. This prevents water from seeping into the bar, and causing the bar to rust. You may have noticed that over time, especially in wet conditions, the end-caps can split. Most of the time, this is caused by the expansion of the bar due to rust. If you already have rust on the bar, and split caps, take the old caps off, file down the bar-end to rid it of rust, then get yerself some new skull end caps and goo them up with silicone and put them buggers on!
