I ordered this bag through BackcountryStore.com and had no problems with the shipping or service. They use UPS which allows you to track your order very nicely. In terms of the actual product:

I have only used it for three nights on a canoe trip into the interior of Algonquin Park in Ontario (Canada). The temperatures dropped to about 2 degrees Celcius and the bag kept me super warm. I am a cold sleeper and even in the summer I wake up cold at night. In this bag I actually woke up with a bit of a sweat. I did not use the hood portion, and did keep the zippers open a fair bit. Granted, the bag should keep me warm at that temperature as it is rated for quite colder than that. I also used the pillow and stuffed it with fleece etc, but did not find it particularly comfortable (I need my own pillow wherever I go...). The quality thus far seems good and I loved how I did not fall off the Thermarest. I did tend to get the zipper stuck a few times when zipping up, but I'm a bit of a clutz with any zipper.

Oh ya, the duty ended up costing me $58.00 Canadian.
