The North Face XTC Midweight 1/4 Zip Pullover - Men's

Not too tight, not too loose. These are the best baselayers I have ever owned. The material is comfortable, and most of all warm. I usually unzip the top if it gets a bit warm to let some air in. A lot of brands simply don't offer the half-zip top. I suggest also owning a pair of the lightweights for warmer conditions.

I think a medium would work well for you. I actually ordered a large and needed a medium. I am 5'11" and 175lbs. Hope this helps. -----------------------------------I (Travis) am about 5'11" and 180 lbs., but I have a broad chest and shoulders. The medium was a bit too snug. I wear thermals underneath and a shell over the top usually. I exchanged it for a Large and it fits perfect. Not too tight, not too loose.
