Don't use it in the summer!

Big Agnes Lynx Pass Tent: 2-Person 3-Season

Good tent if you are doing mostly Spring and Fall camping. Do not bring this out for a summer outing! The lack of screens and the placement of them on the ceiling allows for minimal ventilation. I've slept with the rain fly open, the door to the tent open, and even with the rain fly completely off to beat the heat. I have even slept outside in the summer instead of sleeping in that hotbox. When you buy this tent, buy a battery powered fan as well.

Osprey Packs Viper 10 Hydration Pack - 600cu in

I bought the hydration pack, not for the hydration system, but for it's nice shape and ability to carry my gear on day trips while riding. I wanted to be able to hold a SLR with a short lens, tools, tubes, flip video cam, and other random things I would find on my ride. First thing you should do: pull out the plastic support wall in the bladder compartment. After you take out the plastic, this pack is pretty fun. The LidLock system is killer and I have found it to be a very comfortable pack overall.
