Very good boot. I have a medium width foot and this boot fits extremely well. Tighter fit around the ankle ... but not uncomfortably so. As far as I can tell so far the boot does not pack up at all - maybe a millimeter so but not noticeable. So if you are interested in this boot make to buy a good fitting boot and not one that you expect to pack out. There is still some good room in the toe box to wiggle your toes around if it gets super cold. The liner is excellent - comfortable and gives additional lock down and support of the ankle. Lacing system is excellent as well. Lacing system gives you the flexibility for tighter or softer fit. The boot is pretty stiff and slightly heavier than most. This was an excellent boot for primarily b/c of the narrower width and the lock down on the ankle to prevent heel lift. The problem I found with my previous boots (DC and Burton) was they are made for the widest foot so anyone can fit in - plus I wasn't satisfied with the heel lock down on those. All in all extremely satisfied with my purchase.
