They'll be pretty hot for that, I'd recommend the "Light" weight ones for hot-weather hiking or running. I use these for trail running and hiking:

I'm a 32 in Grammicci, but they ride pretty low. My MKs, also a 32, sit a lot tighter. They sit at about the hip bones, whereas the Grammiccis are a bit lower. I'd say if you want them to sit where your normal pants do, get them an inch or two larger.

On its own, this is unlikely to be warm enough at temps that low. It'd be great with a fleece under it, but if you want a stand-alone jacket you're going to have to go with a full-size puffy, something with a loft closer to 650 or higher.

This is exactly what you're looking for. They're very breathable and very durable. They're not completely waterproof, and it's certainly possible to work hard enough to get a sweat going in there, but for most things they'll be great.

Liner gloves. Most will be too thick, but Icebreaker makes some REALLY thin gloves that'll fit in anything your bare hand fits in and give you that little extra layer of wool for insulation. Makes a big difference.

They're definitely more downturned than the Verdes, and they'll have a more agressive fit as well. Much better for bouldering, not as good for long days on big walls.

It'll breathe well, but it's probably too warm for weather warmer than around 60. Especially if you're exercising. For chillier weather, overcast, wind, or maybe at night around camp, it should be perfect. The pockets are big enough for a dSLR body and lens individually perhaps, but probably not together. It's possible that if it was on the smaller side and you only had a 50mm lens or something, you could get it in there, but they're not huge by any means.

If you'll be mostly on hardpack, get whatever size is nearest, but narrower than, the waist. Otherwise get the ones that are wider than the tip and then trim them. As far as length, they're all really long, you're supposed to trim them to length.

You can easily re-sling them with cordelette, as long as you tie a good knot, but if you want to use webbing you'd have to send them in. Bar-tacking is important and technical and very difficult to do at home. I'd suggest just taking the cord approach.

I have a pair of Patagonia trail running shoes, and they're true to size.

TNF stuff tends to be pretty form-fitting, but you've put yourself in an awkward situation. If you want to wear it on its own and you like form-fitting stuff, then by all means size according to the chart. But if you get it slim-fit and then wear a down jacket underneath, it'll compress the down and your insulative power goes out the window.

On the other hand, if you get it big enough to go over a down jacket and then wear it without, it won't be form-fitting any more.

The choice is yours, but you can't have it both ways.

I feel obligated to point out to you that the BD Neutrino (item BLD0806), though slightly heavier, is specifically designed to color-code Black Diamond cams AND they're $5.83 per 'biner as opposed to $9.58 for the Phantom and Spectre, so you could get EIGHT Neutrinos for the price of five of either of those.

That said, if you're determined to go with DMM I'd get the Spectre. If you want more than one piece on each clip, you'll need more room than the Phantom provides.
