Icebreaker Superfine 200 Meridian Quill Top - Short-Sleeve - Women's

Icebreaker Superfine 200 Meridian Quill Top - Short-Sleeve - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 July 10, 2011

I think I'll end up ordering another one of these shirts just because of the high quality and nice fit. At 5'6" 130, the medium fits great and has a nice feminine style. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable - it is very fine though. I've received many compliments on the shirt as well. I'll definitely buy more from icebreaker in the future. Even if they are a little pricey, it's worth it for me.

Arc'teryx Phase SV Bottom - Women's

Arc'teryx Phase SV Bottom - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 November 13, 2010

I have a pair of these, and a pair of the Patagonia Capilene 4 (from last year) and I have to say so far I prefer these. One big difference - they don't have a seam that can come undone on the side. They are listed as midweight, but keep me just as warm as any heavyweight base layers that I've worn. The fabric is nice and doesn't make me itch, and they are very flattering (like most arc'teryx clothing.) These also make a nice layer for sleeping with temperature changes.

They are a bit pricey (again, just like the rest of the brand), but I will probably get another pair because of the quality and the fact that these clothes seem to last very well.

Arc'teryx Molly & Moe Toque

Arc'teryx Molly & Moe Toque

Rating for this product: 4 October 17, 2009

Identical to an older style hat of theirs (the name was very similar). Not something for camping in the wilderness on cold nights (not windproof at all), but nice to wear casually or underneath a helmet. I received a lot of compliments.

This version is a fair amount bigger - will easily fit both male and female heads, but if you have a smaller head, it is a little too long (an inch more than the older hat and larger than the waldo beanie as well).

Color is misrepresented on the copper/mahogany hat. It is significantly darker - almost orange and red, not two shades of orange. The copper color in particular is much darker than it shows in the picture. Other than that, the hat is of good quality, and covers ears well.

Timberland Cadion Mid Gore-Tex XCR Membrane Hiking Boot - Women's

Timberland Cadion Mid Gore-Tex XCR Membrane Hiking Boot - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 March 20, 2008

Wore these boots all summer - hiking through forests, over rocks, etc, and never had a problem. They are very supportive for ankles and at the end of the day my feet never hurt. They fit great and I'll be using them until they wear out.

The North Face Lifty GTX 400 Boot - Women's

The North Face Lifty GTX 400 Boot - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 March 20, 2008

These boots are great from anything from snowshoeing to playing in the snow. They are the most comfortable boots I've worn yet.

I took a hike to a frozen cave, and completely soaked my foot by stepping through the ice while wearing these. Despite the mile plus hike back - my foot was still warm when I got back to the car.
