Super Comfy, Unusual fit for Volcom

Volcom Moclov Stoner Full-Zip Hoodie - Women's

Volcom Moclov Stoner Full-Zip Hoodie - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 July 7, 2012

I just bought this hoody the other day. Normally my Volcom hoodies are fairly fitted and I end up having to order the XL to get them to be long enough in the arms (I'm 5'8 140 lbs slim build, 34D 28/9 waist with ghetto booty). I tried this on and the large was huge it had material sagging out the back and it was too long. This hoody is cut to be super loose and comfy, but fitted in the hips with a lot of material in the upper sleeve armpit area. It is my new favourite dog walking hoody. It has really long sleeves with a longer cuff so if that's your sort of thing you could roll the sleeves back. I got the purple because I thought it was a super cute heathery light purple and not a colour I normally see other people wearing. I washed it and put it in the dryer without following any kind of directions and it didn't shrink at all and is exactly as soft and snuggly as when I bought it. It's a cotton polyester blend so I have a feeling this is one of those hoodies that will stay looking new forever or at least until I bust the zipper as per usual. My only regret is not owning any sweatpants in this material because it feels so good on the skin.

Sanuk Standard Poncho Shoe - Women's

July 1, 2012

Do these shoes (err...sandals) fit true to size? I've heard that they stretch and I'm in between sizes so I normally order a size up, but I'm wondering if I'm a 9.5 should I maybe go with a 9?

The North Face Horizon Tempest Pant - Women's

October 5, 2011

I looked on the size chart and kind of figured I might be a size 10, but I figured it best to ask the opinion of those who have the pants first. I am 5'8" about 145lbs and wear a size 29 jean. I've got a big round ghetto booty and usually wear a size 8, but since everyone's saying these have no give to them I don't want to be uncomfortable hiking.

Roxy Sequoia Boot - Women's

Roxy Sequoia Boot - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 November 28, 2009

I find that Roxy shoes/flip flops always fit about a size smaller than any other shoes so I got these boots in a 10. The inside of them is soft and fuzzy, kind of feels like feathers minus the pokey part. They are super comfy and come to just below the knee. I was surprised how baggy they are as they are quite big which is nice if you want to pull them over some skinny jeans. I wore them with a sweater dress and leggings and they looked hot. They are not super warm though so don't expect them to be a snow boot.

Volcom Robson Insulated Jacket - Women's

Volcom Robson Insulated Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 November 19, 2009

I ordered the Volcom Robson jacket in the "blurred petal" color and when I showed my friends they all told me it was fugly. Well it came in the mail today and the pictures don't do it justice. I love it!!!! It's a super bright, but not in a gaudy way lots of pinks with a hint of yellow and gray and all the little tiny volcom stone logos throughout that you can't really see in the pics and the material feels so soft. It's a super lightweight jacket with lots of cool stash pockets and I really like the pass holder that is hidden in the bottom of the jacket and pulls out in its own plastic cover. It's a super cute girly jacket. I recommend getting a size smaller than it says because it seriously fits big.

Fits Big

Volcom Shale Jacket - Women's

Volcom Shale Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 November 19, 2009

My XL gray just came in the mail today I was really excited because it's a really cool medium heather gray it looks even better in person than in the pictures. I am 5'8 34c about 145lb slim wear 29" jeans usually and I got the XL because even though I'd read the reviews I was worried my long ape arms wouldn't fit. Well the arm length was great, but I was seriously swimming in material, you could fit two of me in it. I'm exchanging it for a large although I have a feeling a med or small would fit great in the body I do have really long arms and I like it to still be a bit baggy so I can layer it. This jacket fits super long which is nice as it covers the bum and you're not peeking skin when you lift your arms over your head. I was surprised how warm it actually was when I tried it on considering how thin the insulation is in it. Even though its last years gear it will stay current when all the allover print jackets go out of style (not to knock those because i ordered the Robson in blurred petal color as well). Overall this is my new favorite jacket.

Volcom Sink or Swim Creedler Sandal - Women's

Volcom Sink or Swim Creedler Sandal - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 November 15, 2009

I bought a few pairs of these last year at my local skate shop because I liked the look of them. When I got home and looked at them in the mirror they made my legs look hot, really accentuated my calf muscles and they look cute with jeans. Problem is I'm the kinda person who lives in flip flops for the entire year up until it snows and I found these hard and unbendy and altogether uncomfortable to walk in for any length of time including random mall walking. I find if I wear them for more than half an hour I get those horrible charlie horses. If you're a normal person who doesn't wear flip flops for long distance walking and riding bikes you should probably be ok.

Volcom Dresden Trouser Denim Pant - Women's

Volcom Dresden Trouser Denim Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 November 15, 2009

I got these pants last summer and I love them because they are long and make my bum look great, they are kinda stretchy, but look dressy enough to wear out and they have a cute little volcom stone symbol on the back of the leg and the knees don't stretch out and start to look like leg nipples at the end of the day. The only thing I noticed with them is I normally wear a 29 jean so I got the 11 and find I'm swimming in them even after washing in hot water.

Volcom As You Are Cami Top - Women's

Volcom As You Are Cami Top - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 November 15, 2009

I didn't buy this tank from Dogfunk, but I bought it nonetheless and I love it. I bought a medium without trying it on because that's what size I usually take in a tank. It fit really weird almost like it was supposed to be a babydoll like it was kind of baggier at the bottom, but when I had it on it didn't look baggy, but it fell over my hips quite nice. I found I couldn't wear a bra under it without it showing so I wore it without under a cardigan when I went to the pub and I felt like my nipples were flopping out all night. The only thing that would've made it better for me is adjustable straps. The straps however have cool lacy kinda crochet details on them that made it more dressy than your regular tank.

It was my favourite hoody :(

Volcom Understudy Reversible Full-Zip Hooded Sweatshirt - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 November 12, 2009

I have mixed feelings about this hoody. When I recieved it I immediately fell in love with it. I got the red one and it looks hot both ways I got tons of compliments on it. I ended up getting the XL and it just fit. I'm 5'8 slim 34C chest normally wear a size 29 jean. It probably lasted me about 3 months of weekly wear before the zipper broke off. I still have it sitting in my closet because I love it so much I considered replacing the zipper, but this isn't the first time I've had a problem with Volcom zippers.

Globe Castro Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 November 12, 2009

I bought these shoes last summer I got the white/multi ones. I love them I think they look great with jeans or cords or short shorts (they made my legs look great). I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 and I ordered them in the 10 and they fit perfect. They are not really padded or anything so I wouldn't want to wear them for any long walks but they were great in the summer in lieu of flip flops.

Even Better Than They Look Online

DC Chelsea V Shoe - Women's

DC Chelsea V Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 July 14, 2008

I ordered the white Chelsea V Skate Shoe in a size 9.5. I normally wear a 9.5 so they run really true to size. I know I find a lot of womens skate shoes these days you end up having to get the next size up, but not these. They are super comfy and pretty padded inside and look rad with dark denim or I had them on sockless with a little sundress the other day and they looked sick! I frickin love these shoes. Plus did I mention the velcro? I hate when your laces fall down all the time it drives me ape shit. I'm going to order a pair of these in black to wear with my work uniform. Everyone keeps asking me where I got them.

Roxy Katie Tank Top - Women's

Roxy Katie Tank Top - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 July 14, 2008

I normally wear a medium in t's and tanks so I ordered the Roxy Katie tank (pink of course!) in medium. I find it fits a little big, even after washing. I'm getting a boob job next week so I think it will work out just fine, but especially if your "girls" are on the smaller side you might want to go a size down it's pretty baggy. It does have adjustable straps though. It is super cute and you really don't get an idea of the detailing from the picture. So lightweight and breezy perfect for chillin on the patio.

Buttons Aren't Functioning

Roxy Tina Tank Top - Women's

Roxy Tina Tank Top - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 July 14, 2008

I was on a button up shirt buying spree to wear after my soon to come boob job so I bought the Roxy Tina tank. Well I get it and they are not actually functioning buttons!!!! I mean the straps button at the back so if I get someone else to do it it's still possible, but frig!!! It says it buttons in the front. It's kind of a cute shirt maybe a bit too hippyish for me, but really lightweight. I wouldn't wear it out for the night or whatever but chillin around home or the campsite it would be super light and breezy. Shows off my wicked tan! I got it in the yellow. Nice shirt only complaint is about the buttons.

Reef Sirinx Dress - Women's

Reef Sirinx Dress - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 July 14, 2008

When I first saw pics of the Reef Sirinx dress on here I was a bit skeptical of buying it because it looked a little too dressy for everyday wear. Let me tell you it totally isn't! I got the blue one and it's so gorgeous a really lightweight lined cotton and it has attacked sphagetti straps, but if you just stick them down the top (their sewn on the inside) this dress has elastic under and above your boobies so you can wear it as a tube dress. It really shows off a slender waist and falls right at mid knee to show off your sexy calves. Also the elastic by the boob area makes your boobs look huge!!! I love it!

I got the Roxy Marlee dress in blue and it is so cute. In the picture it looks like it's white, but the background is actually a natural cream kind of colour. It looks really awesome next to tanned skin. I can rig this bad boy up so I have mad cleavage with positioning of the straps. It is so girly and pretty. Looks sweet with my Roxy Naples sandals.

Billabong Turlington Tube Dress - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 July 14, 2008

This dress must make me look amazing because I wore it one time and had 3 people come up to me and say "wow you've lost a lot of weight". I don't know if that's a compliment or an insult, but hey it's good! My thoughts when I put it on are how comfy it is. It is so soft and it makes my boobies look HUGE (believe me they aren't). I wish there were more colours available because I'd pick up a few more. This is probably my fave sundress so far this summer.

DAKINE Park Skate Pack - 1700cu in

DAKINE Park Skate Pack - 1700cu in

Rating for this product: 5 July 7, 2008

I just bought the Dakine Park Skate Pack from a local skate shop only to come home and find it for WAY cheaper on this site. I am kicking myself right now, although it's worth even what I paid so I can't really complain. It has a LIFETIME WARRANTY so you don't have to worry about it crapping out like some other bags out there. It is so rad I've got nothing but compliments on it from the moment I wore it outside. It has so much space and compartments for just about everything. The back is super padded and so comfy plus it has the waist and chest strap which really takes the pressure off when you're packing a heavy load. I love all the hidden pockets for things like a padded zipper pocket on the back for your camera (I keep my wallet in it), one for your mp3 player, space to store your deck and even a fleece lined sunglasses pocket (where I keep my blackberry). It also has a tuck away water bottle pocket which since I plan on taking this for my mountain biking and hiking excursions too it's perfect. If all that wasn't awesome enough the front pouch removes for a little travel pack. This pack is so roomy and awesome I don't know how I lived without it before.

Roxy Naples Sandal - Women's

Roxy Naples Sandal - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 June 9, 2008

I bought a pair of these sandals in white a few months ago as an impulse buy for a retardedly expensive price only to later find out this site sold them for much less. The white ones look so good against my tanned skin and the brown ones look good on anyone. They are super comfy and I love how they kind of mold to your feet and the leather part of the sandal your foot sits on turns darker brown and you can really see the little Roxy logos on the brown leather. They are dressy enough you could wear them with a cute summer dress, but casual enough you could wear them to the beach with sweats. I ordered 3 pairs from this site (white, brown and black) so I'm set for this summer. The only thing I have to say as far as sizing is order a size bigger than your normally get. I'm normally a 9 I had to get these in a 10. Love them!!!! I've gotten so many compliments on them.

Reef Fanning Flip Flop - Men's

Reef Fanning Flip Flop - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 August 20, 2007

I already have several pairs of these sandals because they are the most comfortable sandals on earth. I don't drink much, but the bottle opener has come in handy around the house and is always a hit at parties/camping etc. It's built into the sole so it doesn't stick out and scratch things/rip chunks out of your hardwood floors. I just got the 4 pairs of these I ordered and I have to say they look even better than they do in the pictures. These were on sale and such a good deal. To put it into perspective I paid about $70CDN/pair for my old ones and I bought all 4 pairs of these including shipping/customs etc for $150CDN. So I pretty much bought them for half off. Not to mention they shipped next business day and were here within a week. Even at full price these are a steal!! Stock up while you can.

The Most Comfortable Sandals On Earth

Reef Fanning Flip Flop - Women's

Reef Fanning Flip Flop - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 August 15, 2007

I didn't buy my original pair of women's Reef Fanning sandals from dogfunk.com, but I wish I had because I paid a LOT more for them. I found these on a cross border shopping trip a few years ago and the novelty of having a built in bottle opener led me to buy these without trying them on. When I actually had a chance to wear these I was blown away. They are honestly the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned! The foot bed of this shoe is molded and fits snugly to your foot and is a lot softer and padded than it looks. Also I found out the hard way that these float! Which is perfect for camping at the river or boating. They are very durable, even after everyday (and somewhat rugged) use I would probably still have my original pair from 2 1/2 years ago if my puppy hadn't got ahold of them. The only turn off is they seemed to have stopped making all the good colors in the womens sandals. I've started buying the mens Reef Fanning because they have a HUGE selection of colours and fabrics. I take a 9 in womens and I buy an 8 in mens and they fit exactly the same. These are seriously the only sandal I will ever own again. I just ordered 4 pairs of mens off here and I can't wait to receive them. Seriously buy yourself a pair you won't regret it.

Reef Stash Sandal - Women's

Reef Stash Sandal - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 August 15, 2007

I bought a pair of these a few months ago. I've always wanted somewhere to put my stuff when I'm not wearing a lot of clothes and you really don't want to bring your purse to the beach. I find I can fit about 5 cards, a few smokes, 7 bills folded up or 2 keys on top of each other into these sandals. You have no idea how much the hidden compartment amazes people when you show them. They also aren't as flashy as some sandals so I'm less worried about someone ripping them off on the beach (although they still look nice). My only complaint is that they don't have that molded footbed I love so much from Reef.
