I agree with other reviewers who have recommended ordering a half-size smaller rather than a half-size larger if you're between sizes, because the back of the shoe is fairly low and this leads to some slippage. If you're going to be doing any serious walking in the Prima, you may want to wear some kind of thin stocking or footie, as they have a tendency to rub. However, I think the pros still outweigh the cons as far as this shoe is concerned; they're versatile, durable, easy to clean, and provide much more cushioning than a traditional ballet flat.
