Rating for this product: 5 April 15, 2012

I picked these up on SAC, it's always a gamble to buy glasses online because they can fit so differently. These are the perfect frames for me. I have a relatively slim face and they fit and function perfectly. I've used these on a many runs, 20 road bike rides, backcountry and in-bounds skied in these and they are great. They haven't fogged up even when skinning up 6000' in the sun.

I have to disagree with previous reviewer, I did a tomahawk fall skiing and these thing stayed on my head. I punched my face right into the snow too.

I haven't changed lenses yet so I can't comment on that.

Volkl Gotama Ski

April 7, 2012

If you want to sacrifice float for all mountain go 178. If you want to sacrifice all mountain for float go 186.

They are an easy ski to ski I wouldn't be afraid of 186 if you're an expert skier.

Rating for this product: 5 April 7, 2012

I went with 178 for an all mountain PNW setup. I mounted these +2. I'm pretty happy with that mount so far. They aren't my deep pow ski so I don't worry much about float over 6". These ski bumps pretty well, pivot quickly, carve crazy good. The tails are stiff enough landing drops is pretty forgiving. The elliptical rocker is awesome.

Black Diamond Pure Carbon Ski Pole

Black Diamond Pure Carbon Ski Pole

Rating for this product: 4 April 7, 2012

Skied these in bounds today for the first time. I was rough on them, even held on during a good end over end fall. They didn't bend, they felt light and flickable, held their position during the entire day of bump skiing. Great pole and got it cheap on SAC.

Super fruity pants, lets just say these may work for you if find yourself regularly flipping your bangs out of your eyes whilst riding your fixie. Cotton seemed comfortable.

Elitist ladies need not wear

Backcountry.com Stoic eVent Shell - Women's

Backcountry.com Stoic eVent Shell - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 December 29, 2009

Wow, I am shocked by how condescending the women are on here. Leave it to woman to get offended that Backcountry is offering woman's coats in women's colors! How archaic!!! [dripping with sarcasm].

I got this coat for my wife for Christmas, despite the fact that I totally agree buying a gift for a woman is demeaning [sarcasm] and she loves it. We went skiing and we had to do a bit of climbing in some areas, and she said it breathed very well, which is good as it doesn't have pit zips. She looks great in the pink color, although I married her for her inner beauty {hot snow-bunny}. It was beautiful and sunny out so she couldn't test the waterproofness. I will be picking up an Event coat for myself as soon as one shows up on SAC.

I almost forgot to mention I am writing this review for my wife because I bought it not because I am oppressing her individuality. :P

Light warm and fitted

Stoic Luft Down Sweater - Men's

Stoic Luft Down Sweater - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 17, 2009

I also just picked this up of SAC. Great fitting jacket. I'm 5'10" 170# and I went with the Medium. It fits snug, just right, almost like an undershirt with fake cartoon muscles. Not that i need cartoon muscles because mine are obviously so huge already.

My previous down jacket was too big for me and wouldn't fit as a layering piece this one will work nicely and is warm and lightweight.
