Race Face Evolve XC Mountain Bike Crank - Triple

Now that's where I was confused...I thought I DID have a shimano external BB....and what's with the BB cups? I guess I should've done some research before buying! I thought works with shimano = buy new crank, but on same bottom bracket. But the Race face has 10 grooves as opposed to my shimano's 8, and therefore won't fit

Bought via Chainlove.com, but didn't include BB. Doesn't work with the BB my previous Shimano Octalink had (obviously new to this kind of thing). What BB do I need to get in order to install this crankset?
