Too small

I agree with the previous comments. I usually wear a small and it took a lot of effort to try it on. I too needed help removing it, which was hilarious. The sizing chart says small is between 33.5 and 35.75 in, but for this piece of apparel that is incorrect. Also the picture shows that it sort of flares at the bottom; it doesn't, it fits straight and has a sticky, cinchy band at the base.
