Comfortable, warm, waterproof Chacos!

Chaco Credence Wool Waterproof Boot - Men's

Chaco Credence Wool Waterproof Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 February 26, 2012

Love these boots. So comfy. Nice cushion and interior footbeds. Very warm for our New England winters. Recommended. Wish they looked a little more like the Credence tall boots in terms of color and style but those have no waterproofing whatsoever which was a deal breaker for me. Sizing is accurate for me, I wear a 12 in virtually every shoe I've every worn and these are true to my size.

NICE Boots, comfy, not waterproof

Chaco Credence Tall Boot - Men's

Chaco Credence Tall Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 January 27, 2012

I was on the fence about which chaco boot to buy. These boots are gorgeous. Love the color and the leather. It's so soft. High quality. The boots are extremely comfortable. They are even warm for not being truly insulated and I live in NH/VT. However, they don't do well keeping even a little water out. I think they are fine for light rain, but NOT puddles if they are deeper than the sole thickness. I'm not sure what to use these for since they are boots but can't keep some basic elements out. In my opinion, if they made this boot in a waterproof but uninsulated version, it would be perfect and great for year round use. Since they are boots, for me they do need to be able to keep out some rain and small puddles from seeping into my boots so I'm returning them to get the Chaco Credence Wool waterproof version instead. I was hoping the credence tall boots would be fairly waterproof so I could use year round but decided I need waterproof instead.

Not sure what the only other reviewer on this site is talking about but I ordered my boots in the same size I always wear (12) and they fit perfectly. High quality like all other chaco boots. I love the look.

Comfortable, great shoe, NOT WARM!

Chaco PedShed Shoe - Men's

Chaco PedShed Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 26, 2011

Love these shoes, very comfortable for all day wear, traveling, walking etc... Funny the advertisements state a warm place for your feet because these are perhaps the only shoes I have ever worn that cause my feet to be extremely cold even in mild cold weather. Brought these on a trip to New Mexico in the winter and thought I'd be fine - well my feet have been freezing the whole trip. This does not happen with even Asics running shoes. Otherwise great shoes, but for warm weather ONLY.

GSI Outdoors Ultralight Nesting Bowl and Mug

Rating for this product: 4 May 27, 2008

Good product. It's nice to have a bowl and a mug/cup to sip liquids at camp. The mug has a little sippy top and a thermal outside wrap to keep liquids warm. Good to store things while in your pack to save space.

Not Bad

nice idea, I don't know how long it will last though. Seems flimsy, the tongs on the "fork" portion of the "spork" seem really flimsy but it's lexan so hopefully it will last several trips in my pack. I will probably bring a backup set of utensils for my first trip...
