Great for football games!

Patagonia Torrentshell Trench Coat - Women's

Bought this raincoat in red for the 49ers v Giants playoff game where it rained almost nonstop. I laughed at the rain while staying completely dry under this coat! It is long enough to avoid getting your butt soaked when you sit on wet stadium seats. The hood is hard to manage but if you wear any sort of billed hat with it, the hood performs perfectly. To keep warm I layered this jacket on top of the full zip retool jacket and a capilene base layer with my jersey of course. I also wore P26 hiking boots and simple guide pants.

well rounded

Columbia Kaibab Hiking Shoe - Women's

This shoe is well rounded for walking the dog or hiking a mountain. I did at 5 hour hike on a mountain last weekend and the shoes held up. At first i experienced a lot of slipping as I hiked up 4200 feet. However once I adjusted laces tighter the shoes were more secure. I have a freakishly narrow foot. They also seem waterproof too. Walked through snow and across a stream and didn't have wet socks afterward. Once my hike was over I noticed a lot of the grip had left the bottom of the shoe. Not sure if that's normal or if the terrain was just too much. Bottom line these shoes do everything good, but not great. They are a good value.
