DAKINE Poacher Pack - DO NOT USE

DAKINE Poacher Pack - DO NOT USE

I needed to upgrade in size and versatility from my Dakine Element Pack and went with the Poacher even though my work is in the dry deserts rather than the snowy slopes. Love the back panel access and the ability to attach or strap on whatever the situation calls for. Also like the tall but slim profile. Works well when loaded, strap design is made for the serious loads. My only criticism is the top attachment on the beaver tail flap. The side straps are low enough that a top strap would have really helped out (see the Pro II pack for the idea). When fully loaded I have found the top of the beaver tail to want to pull away from the pack body. All in all a great pack for flexibility, design, and strength. I'm a believer in the design work that goes into Dakine's packs. Keep up the good work.
