I usually get atleast 1 outer layer a year, of some sort. I moved to Keystone, CO this fall and quickly needed to invest in a trusty everyday outer layer, as wool coats weren't doing it. Through reviews and the plain common sense that Europeans, especially Scandanavians, know how to design outdoor clothing I bought this awesome jacket and I couldnt be more satisfied with it. I'm 5'11, 165 lbs and the small is perfect. I can layer if I want, it fits great either way and I get compliments all the time!
The high collar and stiff rim on the hood make it perfect for blustery conditions. I wear it to ski and just casually most everyday. I've never been cold and it sheds snow great like on my walk home today through a blizzard!
