Awkward fit

Outdoor Research Maximus Jacket - Men's

I'm 6'5", 200 lbs, 42XL suit, 35 waist pant, 16 1/2 36-37 dress shirt. The OR Maximus (XL) was an extremely strange fitting jacket. The armpits were uncomfortable, as other reviewers mentioned. The sleeves were incredibly wide. I don't know anyone with biceps or forearms that large. Bizarre choice, even with layering underneath. Jacket is quite long and falls well below the hips.

I'm returning it.

I also got the OR Paladin in XL. It was a much trimmer fit, no armpit issues. Sleeves are a tiny bit short, but length is good enough.
