I love this bug hut. I purchased it for a bug proof place to sit after being consumed alive numerous times backpacking by mosquitos. We have a seperate tent to sleep in and use this as a place to read, eat, and relax without the bugs. At the light weight it is well worth carring for this use. Or you could carry a few pounds of DEET to serve the same pourpose, but I prefer to relax in bugless comfort.

Great Poles!

LEKI Ultralite Ti Air Ergo Trekking Poles - 1 Pair

I had purchased a set of poles about six months ago and was sharing with the wife (one each as a walking stick). After making a pack trip solo and using both, I realized that was a much better way to go. They are great and DO take some stress off the knees, especially on the downhill carrying a heavy pack for me. Having backpacked for over 35 years, I am surprised it took me so long to finally try poles. If you haven’t yet, do so, you won’t regret it.

Nice lightweight way to save your tent! Used it for the first time a few weeks ago Backpacking in California after recent rains. The ground was very damp but the footprint kept the tent bottom completely dry. Glad I purchased it. Easier to dry and repack than the plastic sheets I used as ground covers prior, and will never use again since discovering this product.
