Goretex XRC problerms

The North Face Ama Dablam Stretch Infusion Jacket - Men's

I have same problem with my last season Ama Dablam XRC due to the fact that XCR is very fragile and easy to cut.For example last season model uses a very strong cuffs which actually cut thru Goretex material after not even 6 months.If you will fall few times when skiing snowboarding on a bit of sharp ice/snow=bye bye Goretex/waterproofness.
I love the design indeed and jacket is very light and as stated on TNF web the jacket moves with your body indeed but the material is not strong/solid:(
