Over three years I have found this stove to be very reliable and easy to use. The piezo igniter makes starting a snap. Be careful not to loose the spring inside the igniter. It can come loose during packing. The stove is not very efficient at temperatures below 40 degrees. You must pre-warm the canisters by tucking them into your sleeping back or under your shirt. Primus make a reusable warmer that is very effective in cool weather. It is placed under the canister during cooking. It is like a hand warmer but can be recharged by boiling. The warmers are however, difficult to find. The stove worked well at altitudes from 8,000 to 10,000 ft. in Colorado. I really like the convenience and reliability of the stove. On two occasions it has saved our group when our MSR Whisper lite stoves failed.
