Carhartt Nylon Insulated Jacket - Men's

I'm 5'11", but lean with a 30" waist, and a runners/swimmers type of build. So I tried the small version of this jacket, and the chest and arms fit nicely, but it was WAY too short. (can you say belly button jacket?)

I would probably buy 5 of these jackets if they had a "trim/athletic fit" model, but am worried that if I try a medium, there will be too much room.

Nice Color, Material - Too Short of a Fit

I was hesitant to order this Carhartt from Steepandcheap because I was worried that the nylon material would not be as rugged and durable as Carhartt's traditional Duck material.

I'm happy to say that this nylon insulated jacket is awesome from the standpoint of durability, warmth, and looks.

I had to return mine though because of the fit. I'm 5'11", but lean with a 30" waist. So I ordered the small, which fit great EXCEPT that it was way too short. The jacket just about came below my belly button. So I might try the medium because I like everything else about this so much. I just wish they had more of a trim/athletic fit to this model.

Do these shoes run pretty true to size? For casual leather shoes, most of mine are 10, with one pair of Sperry Billfish that are 10.5.
