Sweet jacket. Really warm and breathes well. Cut pretty slim. I'm 5'4", 125 lbs and a small fits snug, but the fabric stretches well and it makes for a nice, athletic shape. Arms are a great length. They come down pretty far on the hands. The gusseted under arm is awesome. Adds a little bulk when your arm is at your side, but if you don't mind that it makes for a nice feature- when you raise your hands the hem stays put and doesn't expose your belly. The hem is also designed well because it comes down farther in the back so you won't get a gap when you sit.
