Great value, great jacket

The North Face Apex Bionic Jacket - Men's

Bought it because I thought it would be a good jacket to layer with while walking in cold, sometimes damp, weather but then having to get on a crowded and warm train. This jacket is perfect for that in that it's warm enough on top of a sweater, but breathes well in warmer environs. It's well fitted too; won't make a skinny guy look fat, but accommodates my larger frame without making it look like I'm stuffed in. Critiques on sleeve length is accurate; I'm a 36 shirt dress shirt, and the XL sleeve was probably an inch or two long, although this is probably a good thing when using the jacket for the intended purpose (active outdoor activity). Nonetheless, I've gotten compliments from ski gear savvy friends on its looks. I wouldn't be surprised if a few of my buddies got the jacket now that they've seen mine.
