Pros: Super comfortable, there's cushion everywhere and the gel padded heel strap keeps your boot locked in. The fit is snug which makes the board light on your feel and incredibly responsive (contrary to what the reviews say). The cap strap with grip fit is also much improved from the original cap strap in that it has a lip that wraps around the bottom of the boot. That keeps it from sliding up over your toe, which is one of my biggest pet peeves.
Cons: The cap strap with grip fit provides a solid fit but is a little harsh on the toe, I kinda wish it was a convertible cap strap. Another thing I found really frustrating was that there are two baseplate covers. One that is Burton specific with the 3 holes and a standard 4 hole baseplate. The Burton specific one is completely decked out with cushion, the other is not, so if you do not have a Burton board you're outta luck, there's a gap under your boot and you FEEL it.
Conclusion: Ultimately, I have no regrets about buying these bindings. They're definitely worth $170. Buy them if you can get a deal!
