Got a medium 5'10" 170
Outers fit great. The liner pad is about 4" shorter than a standard pad. The liner pad is horrible, after 90 minutes, you will be wanting to rip them off. Some kind of weird plastic material for the pad cover.

Outers are great though, thin to keep cool and cover the knees fine.

Just toss the liner immediately.
