Was headed to NYC a couple of weeks ago to walk the store windows. There was a chance of rain in the forecast for the entire time I was there. Decided I would take my new jacket, rather then an umbrella, because walking in NYC in those crowds at holiday time is a giant pain. Second day there it started to rain and boy was I happy I had my jacket. Pulled it out of my backpack, tossed it on, pulled the great hood up and stayed dry and did my job all day long. I am done carrying an umbrella altogether now. Love this jacket and everything it does.

Couple of things on these sandals. They do run a bit small so make sure to size up by a half at least. When you first put them on make sure you let all the string out. I have a wide foot and I had to stretch the string out before the started to fit well. I own 5 pairs of keens sandals and by far these are my favorite.

I am a baseball coach for 10 year olds and I needed a green shirt because we are the Oaklandon A's. That being said, I was looking to find something that would keep the sweat off of me while standing on third base coaching. This shirt has been a blessing. For now on before the start of baseball season I am going to order a new shirt to match my teams colors. I love this shirt.

I have been loyal to North Face for the last 15 years of my life. Every time I bought a new piece of gear I would only buy North Face. Well I took a lot of abuse from some the guys about not trying Marmot. So it was time to buy a new ski jacket this year. I spent a lot of time in and out of outfitters trying to find something that I loved. I had my heart set on another North Face jacket until I found the SuperHero. When I tried it on for the first time I knew I was about to leave my beloved North Face behind. I have not taken it off since I bought it. When people see it I get great compliments but I don't care because it does exactly what I need it to do. I am looking forward to some back country snowshoeing this year and teaching my son to snowboard. I think this jacket will be perfect for all of my winter journeys. Sorry North Face but I might be a Marmot man now. We will have to see when we make that first jump off a rock while snowshoeing. In the mean time, I will stay warm and dry and wait anxiously to really put this jacket to the test. Which I am sure it will pass. If you are looking and thinking about making a switch this would be the jacket I would start with.
