Osprey Packs Aether 85 Backpack - Men's - 5400 cu in

Recently I ordered an Osprey Aether 85 pack to use for a summit climb of Mt Rainier from this site. I have numerous backpacks but none of my packs offered the capacity and light weight of the Osprey. I placed an order with this site right before the climb, so I had to pay additional shipping in order to get the pack in time for the climb. Somehow a mistake was made in the shipping department and the pack did not ship in time. The day before we left I got an email that the pack had just shipped but it was suppose to arrive that day. I contacted this site and they took immediate action. They paid for same day shipping of another pack, and I got the new Aether at 5:00 that same day. I had never heard of same day shipping, and I am sure that whatever profit that could have been made with my purchase was lost to pay the shipping cost. I have never seen a company that reacted like this one did in order to ensure that their customers were satisfied. I received the pack in time to pack for the trip and these guys will be my first choice for purchasing outdoor gear from now on. The Aether is a great pack too, light, strong, quality built with great capacity.
