Patagonia Wool 2 Zip-Neck - Long-Sleeve - Women's

I'm an Ibex and Smartwool fan, and thought I would give Patagonia a try. I am not happy with this shirt. I ordered a medium, according to their size chart. The sleeves are way too long and the fit around the chest and armpits is all awkward and bunchy. The fabric is very thin, almost tissue-paper see-through. I know this is a base layer, but even then you should be able to wear it as a stand-alone layer. To do so would be indecent. The only good thing going for it is the zipper and it is merino.
