first, the price and ordering process from backcountry was perfect. second, i installed the light on the handlebars initially since i only need it for rides that start out in the early evening, go through dusk and end in dark before i return to the car. the light is 200 lumens and works fine so far on rides by myself. when i switch to full on night time rides with other riders along the combining of all of our lights should be fine, if however i end up doing more rides by myself i might switch the light to my helmet since it'll be easier to focus on where my line of sight is versus where the handlebars are pointed. might order a second light if i decide i want both a light on the bars and my helmet. probably just order another one of these since the charging and efficient design really works for me. had it in a light rain already too and it didn't miss a beat. highly recommend this product...
