The Spyder Mini Leader Jacket is SUPER NICE. Love the Red ! Our son is only 17 months but is already wearing a 4T so this jacket fits him perfectly. The "Grow With Me Sleeves" are a INGENIUSE feature.. however My sons sleeves were still a bit too long so I just did a little tacking inside the sleeve and Viola.. Perfect, so we are hoping that our little one will get even MORE Winters out of his First Ski Coat ! Our son seems to be very warm in it and LOVES to wear it ! Great Investment, worth every dollar and then some. Next year we'll definitely be purchasing the Ski Pants
