Beautiful jacket, but completely overdone. Too many buttons, not terribly glove friendly (the main zipper is a bit tricky), and the hood is ridiculous. It doesn't fit a helmet, and it could do without the extra closure on the front. I really love my Norrona pants, they fit amazing, but this jacket misses in several places when it comes to a women's fit. Lots of ladies out there have hips and a butt, especially true skier ladies. I got a L in this jacket and there is a ton of room in the top and sleeves, but this jacket is pretty long making the butt area constricting. Maybe it would work for me if it were 2 inches shorter. I was looking for a new storm riding jacket, and unfortunately this one will not be it.

so i pretty much love these pants. they are very waterproof, and baggy enough to fit some polartec long johns when it's bone chillingly cold. i loooovvvveeee the fit. best fitting pants i've ever owned. i have what many call "a skier butt", and they are very flattering to the booty. i've owned these pants since about December maybe January, and they've been wearing great, until (gasp!), the button closure on the bottom of the gaiters came right out of the fabric. this is a pretty big deal, especially with a pow storm in sight! i think norrona did a good job on making these a lightweight waterproof pant, but there is something to be said for burliness. hopefully i can figure out a way to rig the gaiter back together and be a happy camper once again.
