great bag, lots of padding, super durable, great wheels/handles, and the straps to hold your sticks (and poles) in place are sweet!
this bag is ENORMOUS...almost too big. i could have zipped myself up inside it and flown in the baggage compartment, so yeah...1, 2, maybe even 3 sets of skis or a board would easily fit. after putting a set of 180 icelantic gypsys in (152 tip) with poles...i was still able to pack ski pants, 3 sets of thermals, and street clothes/supplies for 5 days in the zipper pockets. PLUS my daypack fit inside next to the skis. and i was still looking for more crap to fill up the empty space.
problems:
1) packed, it will not fit inside most modern vehicles, even suvs. i had trouble getting the back gate closed on a jeep liberty, with the seats down because it's so long...had to push it up through the middle of the front 2 seats. and hauling it to newark airport on jersey transit was a B!
2) it WILL weigh more than your airline allows. but don't let them charge you. typically you're allowed a ski AND boot bag checked together as one piece of luggage. carry your boots on and tell them you're not checking a boot bag so you're under the total weight limit. or just lean your leg up against the bag at the counter while it's on the scale and make it weigh less!
