i'm half looking for a fork for my 1998 ibis bowtie (titanium). john castellano had recommended a richie carbon fork. it would be used on the road, not necessarily off. j.c. also recommended a rake between 400 and 420, closer to 400 for road. i do NOT have disc brakes (and don't want them). any suggestions?

got my gore oxygen thermo jersey (long sleeve). LOVE it! it fits snug and feels great. i wear a lightweight merino wool undergarment beneath and it's the right workout combo for me at temperatures down to 45 degrees. i got the yellow and have had lots of positive feedback. on the down side: i wear a vaude water pak when i ride my ibis bowtie because it's awkward getting at the bottle on that frame. i noticed some fraying in the seams on the thermo jersey due to the friction of the water pak. too bad:(
